Looking for a responsible and self-directed individual that is capable of managing and ensuring all of the day-to-day operations of a gaming home are running smoothly. Organization and the ability to problem solve in pressing situations is a must. This person should be knowledgeable in handling and resolving all tech related issues and able to troubleshoot malfunctions. Should have the ability to adapt to change and create efficient ways to run the house in a smooth and calm manner. Must have the power to think proactively and prioritize issues as needed.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the home (in LA) to ensure all operations are running smoothly
  • Manage and supervise all household vendors
  • Create a healthy environment for the team by ensuring the house is clean and well organized
  • Manage deliveries and supplies to ensure house is fully stocked with all players needs
  • Track all inventory of team owned equipment
  • Manage player calendars and ensure players are where they need to be
  • Organize monthly team outings for the team
  • Troubleshoot all tech related issues
  • Plan and prep “care packages” for players on match days
  • Work with social media team to aid in delivering social content
  • Assist players to ensure required tasks are completed
  • Coordinate medical appointments
  • Manage all-team related transportation needs and travel arrangements
  • Provide weekly reports on tracking participation of players
  • Preferably bilingual Korean/English but not required
